YOUNG ADULT YOGA (13-18yrs)
Flexibility of the mind can help navigate relationships, improve concentration, and help teach problem-solving skills. Yoga calls attention to our bodies through breathwork, stretching, and basic mindfulness.
Yoga helps us focus during critical moments. Applying mindfulness and body awareness can carry one through the rest of their lives. Knowing when our minds and bodies don’t feel right is the first step to coping with life’s inevitable stressors.
Classes are held on Monday afternoons. Other class times are available upon request.
RESTORATIVE ADULT YOGA
With endless options for fitness, as adults we still struggle to meet our goals. Busy lives and responsibilities always come first. Take time on Sunday mornings to slow down with our easy, gentle yoga flow class. Flexibility isn’t just for our bodies, but for our minds as well!
Classes are held on Saturday mornings. Other class times are available upon request.
KIDS YOGA (5-13yrs)
Yoga helps build awareness of our bodies through breathwork, stretching, and mindfulness. Using imagination, we make yoga more playful and fun by describing our body shapes in terms of the natural world.
Classes are held on Monday and Friday afternoons. Other class times are available upon request.
PRESCHOOL YOGA (3-5yrs)
Yoga helps build awareness of our bodies through breathwork, stretching, and mindfulness to improve mental and physical flexibility. It also benefits our relationships, improves concentration, and promotes problem-solving skills.
Our class is designed to accommodate you and your child while learning the basics of mindful stretching. Using the power of imagination, we engage both parent and child through a slow and playful flow.
Classes are held on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Other class times are available upon request.
PELVIC FLOOR YOGA
Not your mama’s Kegels!
This women-only class is for moms, new and old, who are experiencing a weakened pelvic floor. With consistent practice, the symptoms of a weak pelvic floor can be lessened or even disappear. This can be a gentle introduction back into physical fitness or a means of bonding with other women while moving your body.
Classes are held on Thursday mornings. Other class times are available upon request.
